Call today to try out a session for free, you only need to wear comfortable clothes. Any participant 18 years of age and older will need to sign a liability waiver. If you are under 18 and would like to train with us you will need to bring your parent or legal guardian with you so they may sign the waiver on your behalf. Memberships are currently for ages 13 years and up with approval of the Coaching Staff.
